         Teaching adolescents to read well, on grade level, and   motivation has been an initial part of my teaching Intensive Reading and Language Arts, through my observation of motivating scholars and keeping their interest in reading worthwhile during school and after school.  Finally, I was struck with an idea that would embark on lifelong learning by simply pulling out the red carpet and introducing students to the Hollyread Hall of Fame. The Hollyread Hall of Fame Incentive Program seeks to guide changes that will have an impact on the ability of every scholar . Ultimately, the goal of this incentive program  is to improve each scholars capacity to become a successful reader and comprehend the given text.  

           Through the  Hollyread Hall of Fame Incentive Program,scholars  are provided with a consistent reading incentive  that will give students the opportunity to keep a record of the novels read, obtain Accelerated Reader Points/designated Reading Benchmark, and offer smaller incentives to scholars such as homework exemptions, blue jean privileges, movie day and field trips in order to motivate scholars to aim towards the opportunity to join the  Hollyread Hall of Fame Ambassadors Club.
